Move in check list
Check that your move-in date is still the right date for you. It can be changed as many times as you wish without charge, so long as it is before the move-in date occurs.
If you are storing household items, it is recommended that soft furnishings are put into plastic bags or plastic covers to better protect them.
Before you arrive at the facility ensure you have verified your ID and signed the Self Storage Agreement online.
If you have booked a container, please bring your padlock. Most of the customers prefer this padlock.
At 6am on the morning of your move-in you’ll receive a text message from NOKE with a link. Click on the to download the app. This app will give you access to the gate for the containers or the internal storage room you have booked.
If you have other people who you want to access your container or internal storage room, you can share access with them by opening the app and clicking on ’Share’ in the top right hand corner.
You can access your storage unit 24/7 including bank holidays.
