  • If you need help or advice on selecting the unit size, please call 0330 107 0279
  • Decide what date you would like to move-in

BOOK YOUR STORAGE UNIT

Choose the day you want to move into storage.

  • The fastest way to book your storage unit is online or if you prefer to speak with someone please call 0330 107 0279
  • Verify your ID and sign the Storage Agreement. These are both done online.
  • Nothing to pay until your move-in date occurs

MOVE IN!

If you need a padlock or racking for your unit, we have some recommendations for you.

  • Download our app that gives you access to the facility (a text with instructions will be sent on the morning of your move-in date)
  • Bring a padlock for your external container (internal storage units do not require padlocks)
  • Free cancellation anytime 24 hours before your move-in date

Confirm your cancellation with your site and unit number by email to: Jonathan@iwantstorage.com

CLEAN YOUR UNIT

Sweep your storage unit clean when you vacate, so that you leave it the way you would want to find it.

CONFIRM MOVE-OUT

Send a photo of the vacated unit to: Jonathan@iwantstorage.com

You will then receive an email to confirm your unit has been cancelled.

HOW DO I GAIN ENTRY TO THE SITE?

Access to the facility is done through our app. On the date your move-in occurs, you will receive a text which allows you to download our app.

I have rented a unit here for several months and have been incredibly impressed with the facility. It is very clean, and everything is controlled via an app, which is very convenient. The security is reassuring, with multiple CCTV cameras and gates to put any anxieties at ease.On the occasions I have had to contact Iwantstorage, the responses have been very prompt and helpful.I recommend the facility to anyone and will use it again if I need storage.

Discovered this storage after some pretty bad experiences with other local storages.This is the most convenient and secure I have found. 24/7 access via an app. No issues with terrible opening hours. Access at your convenience. Safe and secure

I found this place after a lot of searches. Reasonable price and good security, all the stuff are protected. you can access the things by yourself any time (24*7)Perfect place to store the things while you are away from the town. Very much recommended

Excellent service and facilities at competitive price. My storage was clean, dry and safe with on site CCTV and secure gated system. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend to friends and family. Also worth mentioned whenever I wanted to discuss anything they were easily contactable.

After lots of research, I want storage was a good option for our requirements, I have to say this business is top class, in terms of customer service, facilities and location. I had to reduce the size of unit and Jonathan was simply incredibly accommodating in our needs, I would 100% recommend this business, I would 100% use their facilities again.
